Voicemeeter Banana 2.0.0.2 is the Pre-Release version including the Recorder Option Dialog Box (right click on tape desk). http://vbaudio.jcedeveloppement.com/Download_CABLE/VoicemeeterSetup_v2002.zip
Recommendation : uninstall previous Voicemeeter, Reboot, Install new version, reboot.
