Someone asked me about this. I wanted to get something up quickly. So this is not a great video. I will try to make something better when I have the time.

You can start a HOA on a mobile device, like a phone or tablet. Without having to start in on a desktop computer or laptop. I have started a HOA on just my android phone and nothing else. YOu can not use the hangout app for this. Go to youtube in your chrome browser. It will take you to the mobile site. You will have to go to settings and request the desktop site. Then just start the HOA as you normally would. When you click on the start hangout button. It will ask you to open the link with the hangout app or chrome browser. Always pick chrome browser.
