Hi, Paul Butt . Couple ways to take hangout screenshots. If you want to capture the Hangout screen with the speaker or "white-boxed"screen, you can follow these directions for taking a hangout photo. This will help locate the photo capture app in HOAs (Hangouts On Air; not available in standard, non-recorded video calls) https://support.google.com/hangouts/answer/3115410?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en
If you are familiar with Paint, Photoshop, or other image program, you can initiate the "Print Screen" feature (usually a button in your top row on your keyboard if you have a PC. May not pertain to Mac/Apple) and paste it into a new image as a layer, then save as a png, jpg, etc.
Roland Takaoka thanks for sharing this info. I will try it out on both the PC and the MacBook. I know the keyboard combo for screenshots, not for a PC.
Hey, Ros Betts . PCs generally have keyboards with buttons to the right of the F12 button that are called "Print Screen." It might be abbreviated with, "Prt Scr" or something similar. Since this command captures the entire screen, a cropping tool may be needed.

Another way is the "Snipping Tool," on a PC, and available from "Start Button," and program selections. This is a PC function, however I believe Apple/Mac supports this function via other keyboard commands.
