For some reason, I am STRUGGLING with BHOA.

For some reason, I am STRUGGLING with BHOA.  It should be SIMPLE. I just did a test with a friend.  He was in as a viewer, but I could not promote him to participant.  Under his gear icon the only option was to eject him.  What am I doing wrong

    Sure.  Or invite me using the little man with a plus sign like a regular HOA
