New Community Moderator Tool Rolling Out!

New Community Moderator Tool Rolling Out!

'Remove, Report, and Ban' Post Option for Community Moderators

We're happy to announce that moderators now have better tools to keep their communities healthy and happy with a 'Remove, Report, and Ban' option on community posts. Accessed via the post overflow menu (aka three dots), the option will remove the post and member from the community, report the post to Google for us to look at, and ban the member from joining the community again.

As always, this feature is rolling out to community moderators over the next several hours. Enjoy!

Hi, User2User Community!

Hi, User2User Community! It's me, Muddy, from the Whiteboard Academy. I recorded a quick 5-minute introduction that you can check out if you're interested in meeting me.

In the video, I referenced a recent magazine article called Chairman of the Whiteboard. Here's the link -> http://whiteboardacademy.com/news.

Good to be here with y'all.

Cheers, Muddy

Hello Everyone

Hello Everyone,

My name is Oleg Moskalensky, I'm the Founder, President & CTO of Productive Computer Systems (aka PCS). Pleasure to be invited to your community.

My background is in all things IT. I've been in Information Technology since early 80s. I've seen & done a lot in this industry since then. First 17 years were all in the Corporate realm, followed by another 18 freelancing.

Without giving you a long list - I've mostly concentrated on designing, programming, implementing & supporting highly customized computer systems for businesses, mostly small businesses. I have a passion for what technology can (read: does) bring to just about any kind of business and seeing how many businesses either don't know what technology to use or how to use it, how to make their business and employees far more efficient and thus effective, how to use technology to save money instead of wasting it - I try to do what I can in helping businesses bring appropriate technology for their needs, and thus make their lives much better.

Everyone knows using technology is a must, but unfortunately not everyone is aware of precisely what technology to use (since there's a lot and it's in a constant change of dizzying speed) and, just as importantly, how to best use the right technology (yes, there are still people who use Excel to create Word Processing documents). That's precisely where my company can be of significant benefit and help.

If you have a business and would like to be more informed about technology - certainly feel free to follow my PCS page on G+, you'll find nothing other than technology-related posts there and several useful Collections. And of course always feel free to reach out to me directly, if you have any questions.

Also, from time to time I record educational videos about Google Apps (sorry, G Suite this week) as well as many other tech-related topics, that you may find of value. They can all be found on PCS' YouTube Channel.

In addition to handling larger size businesses, I also offer a service for extremely small businesses, called #SPECzone. This service was created for even 1-person businesses who simply can't afford to have their own full-time IT dept or staff, yet, as we all know, every single business, regardless of its size, can definitely benefit from their own IT Dept. You can get more info from the SPECzone Collection, but essentially you're able to get professional IT help, as if you had your own IT Dept, for as little as $350/mo.
