Spring Win10 Update broke a few things.

Thanks to someone who I helped in the past (Cat Chronicles) telling me about this: you need to manually update OBS Studio to get the version that works with the latest Win10 update. Auto-update is broken by that update, as is some aspect of DirectX compatibility. (Not sure if it is the Direct3D Rendering engine, but I didn't get any "BAD" responses from the Live Control Room today, whereas I have all week from using OBS Classic.)
