On our show today it told us we were live but our audience could not see or hear us... it just said "will start soon"

On our show today it told us we were live but our audience could not see or hear us... it just said "will start soon"
We went ahead with our interview and it did upload to youtube but we still can't play it on G+...   Adelheid Hörnlein had the same problem this morning.  Any ideas???
